NAHN has eight different membership types to fit your needs and gives you access to more than 40 professional Chapters across the United States. Dues for licensed nurses are just $150 annually, including chapter membership. Membership dues are non-refundable. See additional rates and details below.

Need to renew your current membership?

Your NAHN renewal period starts 60 days before your membership expiration date. You can renew your membership using the link in your renewal email. You can also renew your membership and change your membership type by logging into your member profile and clicking "Renew Now" from your profile.  Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions regarding your renewal. Chapter Membership includes:

Local chapters provide members with the opportunity to address issues impacting the healthcare of Hispanics at the local and state levels.

NAHN Individual Member Categories and Dues

General Member

National Membership Only: $125 (one year) or $200 (two year)
National Membership with a Chapter Membership: $150 (one year) or $250 (two year)

Any nurse licensed in the United States and its jurisdictions and who is interested in helping to solve the healthcare problems and support the healthcare needs of the Hispanic community. 

Nursing Affiliate

National Membership Only: $30
National Membership with a Chapter Membership: $40

Any unlicensed healthcare personnel (certified nursing assistants, medical assistants, patient care technicians, etc.). The nursing affiliate supports the mission of NAHN and is interested in exploring career opportunities in the nursing profession.

International Affiliate

National Membership Only: $75
National Membership with a Chapter Membership: $100

Any nurse licensed in their country of origin that does not reside in the United States and its jurisdictions but is of Hispanic ancestry and is interested in helping to solve the healthcare problems and support the healthcare needs of the Hispanic community. 

Student (Unlicensed)

National Membership Only: $40
National Membership with a Chapter Membership: $50

Any unlicensed student enrolled in a pre-licensure nursing program leading to a nurse licensure or someone currently enrolled in pre-requisite nursing coursework leading to a nursing program or a prelicensure nursing program that is interested in helping to solve the healthcare problems and supports the healthcare needs of the Hispanic community. 

Emeritus

National Membership Only: $75
National Membership with a Chapter Membership: $90

Any nurse who is at least 62 years of age, is no longer employed full-time in the occupation of nursing, and has helped to solve the healthcare problems and supported the healthcare needs of the Hispanic community during her/his career.

Affiliate

National Membership Only: $100
National Membership with a Chapter Membership: $125

Any individual other than those who qualify for previous categories who is interested in helping to solve the healthcare problems and supports the healthcare needs of the Hispanic community. 

Please note: General and Emeritus are the only categories with voting privileges. Students who are already RNs, LPNs or LVNs must join as General Members. Memberships dues are non-refundable.
