This session will focus on Pfizer’s Action Guide to Disrupt Inequitable Health Outcomes, using it as a hands-on blueprint for driving health equity. The presentation will walk through its four key pillars, healthcare delivery, workforce pathways, research & data, and policy, and show how they point to concrete steps for dismantling barriers to quality care. 

The session will also provide an overview of the Multicultural Health Equity Collective, highlighting how its members have drawn on the guide to inform and implement community-focused initiatives. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the guide’s insights and practical strategies, including ways to embed equity into decision-making, strengthen cross-sector partnerships, and translate concepts into scalable, sustainable solutions in diverse communities.
