Our mission is to address the educational & health care needs of the Hispanic community.

Chapter membership is open to Hispanic RNs, LVNs, and nursing students seeking educational and leadership opportunities and advocacy from Hispanic role models. Membership is also open to non-Hispanic nurses and non-nursing associates interested in the promotion of health care in the Hispanic community.

San Francisco Bay Area

Our goal is to grow the community of Hispanic Nurses in the SF/Bay area through networking, outreach, community service, and training. Our membership is open to nurses from all racial/ethnic backgrounds and educational levels including CNA, LVN, RN, MSN, PhD, DPN, students, and supporters of nurses including MSWs, MFTs, and non-nursing professions). We work in partnership with community leaders to provide education and projects to the Hispanic community in a bicultural & bilingual manner using evidence based practices. We work particularly closely with the Bay Area nursing universities and hold monthly meetings using conference calls and online video chat.
