Chapter membership is open to Hispanic RNs, LVNs, and nursing students seeking educational and leadership opportunities and advocacy from Hispanic role models. Membership is also open to non-Hispanic nurses and non-nursing associates interested in the promotion of health care in the Hispanic community.
Our goal is to grow the community of Hispanic Nurses in the SF/Bay area through networking, outreach, community service, and training. Our membership is open to nurses from all racial/ethnic backgrounds and educational levels including CNA, LVN, RN, MSN, PhD, DPN, students, and supporters of nurses including MSWs, MFTs, and non-nursing professions). We work in partnership with community leaders to provide education and projects to the Hispanic community in a bicultural & bilingual manner using evidence based practices.
